Live Fluid (LF) was started by owner and creator, Mx. Lex Horwitz (they/them), to help raise funds for their top surgery.

Now, LF is dedicated to helping others raise the funds necessary to have the euphoria they deserve.

LF donates 15% of profits from all hat sales directly to our current community recipient, GP Grant (@jpgrantoffical), in order for him to raise the funds necessary for top surgery.

LF is dedicated to supporting trans individuals to help their dreams of living authentically come true. 

In 2018 as a 21 year old undergraduate student, Lex wanted to find a fun, cute, rad way to bring queer positivity to the public while raising funds for their top --so why not through custom designed clothing?!

In May of 2019 Lex's dream came true--they got top surgery and felt free as themselves in their body for the first time. They wanted to do what they could to help others feel the same way... and this is the mission of LF today.

DONATIONS: 

Where does the money from "donations" go?

50% of all donations go directly to LF's Community Recipient with the other 50% going towards the cost of production to keep the company running. 

How does LF help community recipients?

LF donates 15% of all profits from hat sales and 50% of all donations directly to the community recipient in order for them to raise the funds necessary to access HRT. Once the community recipient has reached their goal, LF accepts applications for a new community partner.  

SHIPPING: 

LIVE FLUID (LF) is a one-person shop of creator and owner, Mx. Lex Horwitz. LF strives to ship items in a timely manner, with most shipments being processed once a week on Fridays.

Shipping is automatically calculated for all orders:

U.S.: $5 flat rate

International: $15 flat rate

United States shipping: Please allow up to 7-12 days for shipping. Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service first class mail. International shipping: Please allow up to 16-30 days for shipping. Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service.

If there is a delay in the normal shipment schedule, Lex will contact you directly to let you know.

All items are shipped in discrete packaging for your privacy.

QUANTITY:

To purchase multiple of one item, simply press "ADD TO CART" the number of times desired. Additionally, you can edit the number of items in your cart at checkout.

RETURNS:

All apparel—patch hats and beanies—are not eligible for return. Any request, regardless of reasoning, will be declined in order to keep health concerns at bay (i.e., lice).

REFUNDS:

Because there are no returns, there are no refunds. If you have a question, please don't hesitate to email Lex at queerresistlex@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS:

All purchases of “sale” or “on sale” item(s) are final. “Sale” or “on sale” item(s) are not eligible for returns. Any request, regardless of reasoning, will be declined.

All hats—patch hats and beanies—are unisex and one size fits most.

BASEBALL HATS:

Material: 80% Acrylic, 20% Wool

Size: Adjustable Velcro

BEANIES:

Material: 100% Acrylic

Size (unstretched): 16.5 x 26.5 cm/ 6.5 x 10.4 inch

PATCHES:

100% cotton fabric printed with screen printing ink using a hand-cut stencil and sewn with polyester thread

CLEANING:

All hats should be hand washed in cold water and hung to dry for best results

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

LF is a one-person shop run by creator and owner, Lex Horwitz. Items are made by hand, with love, by Lex themself. You will notice that inventory is often small for this reason.

Each LF item is handmade and brought into creation by Lex themself. Due to the handmade nature of the production process, each item is unique. Thus, products may vary slightly from the image in the description.
